Privacy policy
Who is responsible for your data?
Editorial team of cardizoom-capsules.info. Contact: [email protected] or the contact form. This policy covers visitors to the Nigeria page and follows the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA).
What do we collect?
- Orders: your name and phone number.
- Contact messages: your name, phone or email, and your message.
- Security: your IP address (stored shortened in our logs) and country of connection, to block automated submissions.
We do not collect health data: the site never asks about illnesses, blood pressure or treatment. Please do not include such details in messages.
Why?
- to pass your order to the seller so they can call you and deliver it;
- to answer your messages;
- to protect the site from fraud and bots.
Basis: your own request (order, message) and our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure. Your number is used only for your order, never for marketing.
Who receives your data?
- Limonad, the affiliate network that forwards the order to the seller;
- the seller and its call centre, who confirm and deliver;
- the internal messaging service that alerts us to orders and messages (Telegram): for orders, the masked number and the initial of your name; for contact messages, the name, contact and text, so that we can reply;
- our hosting provider and Cloudflare (security and delivery of the site).
Does your data leave Nigeria?
Yes: these providers may process data outside Nigeria, including in Europe and the United States, as permitted by the NDPA for carrying out your request. We send only what is strictly needed.
How long do we keep it?
Order and message logs are deleted automatically after 90 days. The seller keeps order data according to its own obligations.
