How to take Cardizoom
The pack says to take two capsules after a meal. Step by step:
- Eat first, then take 2 capsules.
- Wash them down with water.
- Once a day is the full dose; never double up.
- Carry on with your prescribed drugs and hospital follow-up.
Keep the bottle tightly closed, away from heat and out of reach of children.
Who should be careful
- Do not stop your blood-pressure treatment or change doses without your doctor. Keep having your pressure checked.
- Coenzyme Q10 may interfere with warfarin; tell your doctor if you take blood thinners or blood-pressure medicine.
- Arjuna: caution with heart and blood-pressure medicines and blood thinners.
- Moringa: with diabetes medicine, blood sugar may drop too low.
- According to the packaging, adult men only: not for women (including during pregnancy or breastfeeding) or children.
